Shipping policy

**Please note that pierced jewelry is non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Please understand that all ESTTIA items are handmade, and therefore, may have slight imperfections. Although we are thorough in our quality check process, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next.
We are happy to offer a repair for any items that show apparent damage or faultiness. Please email us, explaining the defect with images within 7 days of delivery and send the items back within 14 days of delivery.
